In case you haven’t had the chance already, head over to my new website (annarouthphoto.com) and check out my new website. I’ll still be posting regularly on the blog, but the new site offers a permanent gallery. For those interested, I went through Blu Domain for the site. They have EXCELLENT templates for creative professional and (so far) excellent customer service to go along with it.
I’m posting something a little bit different today. I recently signed on to be reporter for Dallas Art News. Click here for more information on Dallas Art News – it’s a great site with excellent insight into the DFW art scene. Basically, I find a great exhibition I want to see, check it out, write about it, and Dallas Art News publishes it! This has provided me with a great excuse to head out to the museums more often and an even greater excuse to really analyze what I’m viewing. As an art lover (and art maker) I had such a blast writing my first review on Masterworks of American Photography: Popular Culture on view at the Amon Carter Museum.
Below is a little screen grab of the review, but check out the full post here.
Here’s a quick sneak peek of a bridal session at which I shadowed Amy Karp. She’s great to work with and I always learn a lot from her. More to come.
Finally finding time to get these photos up here on the blog. I had a great time shooting these at Fusion Project Studios for their new website. I can’t wait to see them when it finally goes live! These photos should give you a taste of some of the amazing things available to artists at Fusion Project Studios. Thanks Zaq for having me out to shoot and I look forward to working with you again soon!
